What is your return policy?

For reasons related to hygiene, we will not accept physical returns of products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your date of purchase (not the date upon which you received the items).

Upon review, we will generally issue refunds if the product (or its packaging) is significantly damaged in transit. Refunds will also be provided if Livinguard-Canada shipped incorrect item(s).

Refunds will NOT be provided if the customer purchased an incorrect item (including "errors" in colour or sizing).

Returns and Refund Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Face masks and personalized items are non-returnable for reasons related to hygiene. Orders for personalized items cannot be canceled. All sales are final. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please email customer support at
Clearance or Final sales items are non-returnable.                    

Will it cost me to return my order?

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
There are two exceptions to this policy. If you received the wrong product or if a product quality issue is determined, then Livinguard-Caanda will provide a return shipping label to you. This applies for apparel only, as we do not accept physical returns of mask, gloves or other items.

How do I return an item?

Can I return products that were purchase from another retailer?

We only accept returns for items purchased from If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.

How will my refund be distributed?

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion or discounted offer, then your refund may be reduced.
Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
