Livinguard-Canada offers a 30-day replacement or refund policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to:
- request a replacement based on one of the quality issues listed below or if you ordered/received the wrong product or
- request a refund if you are dissatisfied with your item for any other reason, on the terms below. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product Quality Issue
You may request a replacement at no additional cost within 30 days of receipt of your item based due to product quality issues.
If you ordered/received the wrong product, you may request a replacement within 30 days after receiving your item. We will refund the amount you paid for the product, but if you ordered the wrong product, you will be charged a replacement fee equal to the shipping cost plus the price of the replacement product.
If you are dissatisfied with your item for any other reason, you may request a refund within 30 days after receiving your item, and we will issue a refund, less shipping costs for the product.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement product or issue a refund, as applicable under this policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you ordered or receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide replacements or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed and inspected your request, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
